Rejuvination Update!

I'm sore! My back hurts and so do my poor arthritic hands. Why do I always attack a project like I'm killing snakes? I think slow and steady will be "it" from now on. I will call it my "work in progress" and Prof and Kiddo will work around that, I know. I just have the habit or whatever to always hurry and get a project done. Not this time. It requires a lot of "arms over the head" work on the ceiling, so small doses of that might be better. We'll see!

Peace (and soreness),
JE

Ouch!! Slow and steady, remember at our age, what most needs rejuvination is US!! :)

Ouch! Arms over head is rough work when you're over 29, I know.
Have the Icy Hot on hand.
It'll be great, though.

Advil or Aleve for the pain and ice pack for 20 minutes on the back and shoulder. I think the reason some of us "attack" a project is because ie think if we don't get it done quickly, we will just give up on it about half-way through.

This is one reason I really dislike painting ceilings as my arms do get tired and I also get dizzy. Slow and steady might be the way to go, Jimmie.
