Weight Loss Tracker

In case you haven't noticed, I haven't changed my WLT lately. Why? BECAUSE I CAN'T SEEM TO LOSE ANY MORE WEIGHT! I have really worked at this, exercised, wrote down every morsel I put into my mouth, not gone over my point count. What the heck am I doing wrong? I will keep on keeping on, but this is frustrating.

HI there- new reader here! The only thing that works for me is to drastically cut the carbs. Have you tried that. enjoy reading your ramblings so far!

I'm pretty sure that another one of the joys of "maturing" is that our metabolism slow down (practically stop altogether!) and that makes weight loss even harder as we get older. Sucks, doesn't it?

You are probably at one of those convenient little excuses called a "plateau". Sooner or later that metabolism thing will kick back in and you'll start to lose again.

At least, that's what they tell me.
